I’m Eleanor Fisher—originally from Oban and now based in the Highlands, where I’ve worked in the property industry for over a decade. My background spans both residential sales and lettings, including time spent managing the lettings department of a busy city-centre solicitor firm.
Through this experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the property landscape in Scotland, along with the legal responsibilities landlords must meet under Scottish housing law.
I now offer a tailored alternative to traditional letting agency services—designed specifically for self-managing landlords.

I have a level six in both Residential Letting & Property Management (Scotland) and Sale of Residential Property (Scotland).
Are You a Member of a Professional Association?
I am a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and the Council of Letting Agents.
Are You Fully Registered?
Yes. I am fully registered as a letting agent with the Scottish Government and adhere to the Letting Agent Code of Practice. My registration number is 2110001. I also hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
