With over a decade of experience in residential property, professional qualifications and a strong understanding of Scottish letting law, I provide practical support to landlords who want to manage their own properties — but don’t want to navigate every aspect of letting alone.
I’m Eleanor Fisher — originally from Oban and now based in the Highlands, where I’ve worked in the property industry since 2014.
My background spans residential sales and lettings, including managing the lettings department of a busy city-centre solicitor firm. This has given me a strong understanding of the Scottish property market and the legal responsibilities that come with letting a property.
Today, I work with landlords who want to remain in control of their own properties but would like professional support with the parts of letting where getting it right really matters.
Think of me as the middle ground between doing everything yourself and handing your property over to a traditional letting agent.
Whether you need a tenancy agreement prepared, tenant references checked, a notice served correctly or help understanding your responsibilities, I can provide the support you need without taking over the running of your property.
And when you work with me, you work directly with me. There’s no passing you on to an assistant, junior member of staff or call centre.

What Qualifications Do You Hold?
I have a level six in both Residential Letting & Property Management (Scotland) and Sale of Residential Property (Scotland).
Are You a Member of a Professional Association?
I am a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and the Council of Letting Agents.
Are You Fully Registered?
Yes. I am fully registered as a letting agent with the Scottish Government and adhere to the Letting Agent Code of Practice. My registration number is 2110001. I also hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
